| We adopted Pablo from a PetSmart in 2004. Prior to adopting him I was never a big fan of cats. I spent my childhood romping with dogs. Cats always seemed so standoffish. It wasn't until I had a kitty of my own that I learned to appreciate the subtlety and steadfastness of cats. |

there are so many folks i know that just don't get cats, nor do they want to. but it's been a special treat for me to watch those who have had only negative attitudes toward cats have complete revelations when they meet one that turns their cat bias upside-down. dogs will love you no matter what because that is their sweet nature. when a cat loves you, you know you damn well earned it.
